Straight Answers
How quickly after roasting does my bag ship?
Same day if you order before 2PM on a roast day. We roast Monday through Saturday. Orders after 2PM or on Sundays ship the following roast morning. You'll receive a tracking number within a few hours of shipment.
How is this different from other coffee subscriptions?
Most subscription services roast in advance and hold inventory. We don't hold inventory. We roast your specific bag after your order arrives. That's the only way to guarantee the roast date on the label is accurate.
Can I choose whole bean or pre-ground?
Yes. Every origin is available whole bean or ground to your specification: coarse (French press), medium-coarse (drip), medium-fine (pour-over), or fine (espresso). We grind immediately before sealing — not days earlier.
What if I don't like my first bag?
Contact us and we'll replace it or refund it — your choice. We'd rather lose a bag than lose a subscriber. We don't ask for the coffee back. It's yours regardless.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
Log into your account, go to Subscription, and hit Pause or Cancel. No confirmation email loop, no chat agent, no waiting period. It takes about 20 seconds.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship to all 50 states and Canada. International shipping is in progress. Sign up to the waitlist if you're outside North America and we'll notify you when your country is live.
